Return Policy:
Thank you for choosing GAIASTUDIOINC.com for your handcrafted metal art needs. While we strive for perfection, we understand that imperfections can occur. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to do so. Return shipping is not included. Please reach out to us through our website during our business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST) for assistance with your return.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and document any visible damage to the shipping carton(s) before accepting the delivery. Claims for damages must be accompanied by photographs and submitted within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes concerning this invoice will be resolved through arbitration in New Jersey, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the State of New Jersey. Customers are responsible for all arbitration and court costs, reasonable legal fees and expenses, as well as legal interest on any award or judgment, and any expenses related to pursuing the claim.
